Peter G. Wilson
President, CEO and Director
During the past fifteen years, Mr. Wilson has been involved in the senior level management of public companies. His experience spans a wide range of project development and contract negotiations within the mining, energy and real estate industries. His business experience includes international assignments in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Switzerland and Norway. Mr. Wilson has worked extensively with overseas investor groups and within the E&P market in Louisiana and Texas.
From April 2007 through October 2009, Mr. Wilson was the President and Director of Hana Mining Ltd., a publicly TSX-V listed exploration company seeking to develop a major copper-silver resource in Botswana, Africa. As the lead financier, Mr Wilson raised more than CDN $12 million which lead to the discovery of more than 3 Billion pounds of Copper and 52 Million ounces of Silver. During 2005 to 2006, he served as the president and chief executive officer of Sun Oil and Gas Corp. Between 1997 to 2005, Mr. Wilson was a director and the vice president of Petroreal Oil Corp., a small oil producer engaged in energy asset purchases aggregating more than $130,000,000.
From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Wilson was the vice president of Samoth Equity Corporation (now Sterling Center Corp.), a $150 Million real estate lender, where he began his involvement with capital markets and finance.
Peter R. Carpenter, P. Eng.

Peter R. Carpenter is a trusted professional in the North American energy industry having spent over thirty years building, restructuring and providing financial advisory to leading oil and gas companies at the senior management level.
Mr. Carpenter began his career as an engineer working for DuPont Canada (1962-1963) and then Exxon (1965-1971). After a period with Pan Canadian Petroleum as the Manager of special projects (1971-1976), he joined Texaco Canada (1976-1981) as the Company’s Chief Economist. At Texaco, he oversaw the economic and business analysis of major capital expenditures for the company and maintained liaison with the worldwide economics group in Harrison, New York.
His experience at Texaco provided a strong basis for his move to Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Canada (1981-1993) where he served as the Senior Oil and Gas Analyst. Working in Toronto, Canada, Mr. Carpenter spent the next decade with four separate investment bank and equity capital companies, principally in oil and gas sector analysis and financial advisory. His next move was as President and CEO of Claridge House Partners, Inc. (2004-Present), a private corporate restructuring and financial advisory services firm serving the Canadian Oil & gas sector. He is the Chairman of Enterra Energy Trust and the Chairman of Canamericas Energy.
Angelo Viard
Director
During the past ten years, Mr. Viard has been involved in providing companies with advisory services including, but not limited to, managerial, investment strategy, finance, information technology, compliance, accounting, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and capital fund raising in a wide range of industry sectors across the United States, South America and Europe. Mr. Viard has been (June 2007-present) the president/chief executive officer of Viard Consulting Services. From approximately August 2006 through June 2007, Mr. Viard was the IT operations manager for Bare Escentuals where he was responsible for developing, coordinating multiple related projects in alignment with strategic and tactical company goals Mr. Viard was also a senior IT audit consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
From approximately December 2004 through August 2005, Mr. Viard was the chief executive officer and founder of Technology Mondial Inc., in Costa Rica. He was previously employed with OpenTV Inc, as IT manager; Thomas Weisel Partners LLC where he was an IT brokerage services manager; BancBoston Robertson Stephens & Co. where he was a senior system engineer, and Environmental Chemical Corporation where he was a technical analyst.
Mr. Viard holds a master in computer science, a BS in business management and administration, and an A/A in computer business administration and networks.

Director
John Clayton Weldy Jr. is a highly knowledgeable petroleum engineer with over 18 years of international and domestic experience as a petroleum, mechanical and environmental engineer. Additionally, he has specialized knowledge extending from personal management in well completions, operations and production engineering.
He has over 15 years experience in open-hole completions. He completed the first horizontal open-hole completion for Texaco in unconsolidated sandstone using synthetic based mud in 1993, winning the Highest Innovation award from Texaco for design work in the completion of the 1993 horizontal open hole completion.
Mr. Weldy also has over 16 years of extensive sand control experience. Completion types range from cased and gravel packed (high rate water packs, circulating packs and squeeze packs) to cased hole frac and pack, to open hole sand control. He has extensive experience and knowledge of drilling and completion fluids and was the completion engineering lead at Shell for extensive lab tests of conventional and reversible synthetic based drill in fluids and solids free synthetic based pills for a GOM water injector project.
Mr. Weldy Jr. is currently Senior Completion Engineer at Eni Petroleum, New Orleans, LA, and has worked in senior management and as head of varying operations for Sandridge Energy of Oklahoma City (2008–2009), Deep Water Subsea Completions Engineer at Shell International and Exploration Company of New Orleans, Louisiana (2005–2008), VP Operations at Petroreal of America, Inc., in New Orleans, Louisiana (2004–2005) and as a self-employed consultant to a variety of companies preparing remedial and work over procedures, along with cost-estimates for existing oil and gas wells.
Prior to his senior-level management role, Mr. Weldy held the positions of Production Manager for Century Exploration, Inc. of Metairie, Louisiana (2001–2002); Senior Petroleum Engineer with Watson Energy, LLC. Of Mandeville, Louisiana (2000–2001), and Operations Engineer for Operation Services, Inc. of Lafayette, Louisiana (2000).
He is the co-author of an industry white paper, "Best Completion Practices", SPE paper #52810.
John Clayton Weldy Jr. holds a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from Tulane University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama.
