I joined Morgan Creek Energy as its President and CEO in 2008 in order to help guide it in a new direction. Our goals were to set new directives, add the personnel to achieve them and launch the new initiatives to set the Company on a course for success.

In my short tenure, I have made major gains through establishing new directions that give Morgan Creek Energy a sound strategy based on balanced risk versus reward in worthwhile projects. I have also brought on new management and board members who are knowledgeable oil and gas industry veterans with the ability to accomplish the major tasks before the company.

Importantly, I have also been able to locate, qualify and acquire new prospects that are focused and have solid horizons for exploration and development.

Morgan Creek Energy is a company with a totally renewed exploration focus. We are now moving into the execution of these efforts. With several promising projects at hand, the company has a new direction and renewed vitality. Morgan Creek Energy has all the components to create a highly valuable company capable of growing at an accelerated pace.

The Company was founded at a time when the opportunity for oil, gas and energy was strong. Where exploration of domestic oil and gas is concerned, this continues to be an excellent course for an independent company.
